Tom is a lifelong New Haven Area resident and longtime shoreline resident. He has spent the last 25 years in Madison, Guilford and Branford. With 30 years of corporate sales and marketing experience, most recently as Sales VP with AT&T, he entered real estate in late 2006 and has used his sales experience to quickly establish himself in a very difficult market. The Keys to Tom's success have been his dedication to clients, marketing knowledge, negotiation skills, follow-up, and in the age of Real Estate moving quickly to the web, his integration of technical capabilities to provide both buyers and sellers with the best possible support. Tom, his Wife Helen and their five children reside in Madison. He is a member of The Rotary Club of Madison, a volunteer business consultant with SCORE, a Board Member of Madison Cares (supporting Habitat for Humanity of Greater New Haven) and a member of the Knights of Columbus.

Laura recently joined Coldwell Banker as a new sales associate. She moved to Madison after spending 29 years in New Hampshire, where she raised her two children and seven American Saddlebred horses. Laura's experience includes managing a family-owned restaurant business, and as a licensed CPA in New Hampshire, public and private accounting. Her equine experience involved breeding, training and barn management. Laura is currently involved in the care of senior family members and will be specializing in the issues directly related seniors and real estate .
