JoAnn Stirling has been a Madison resident for more than 19 years with historic family ties in the community.   In 2008 she joined Coldwell Banker, bringing with her 8 years of full-time Real Estate Agent experience as a top selling agent.  She has been a very successful agent throughout her career, working with buyers, sellers and with a very strong corporate relocation experience.   JoAnn's consistent success is a direct result of her tireless commitment to clients.

Linda Toscano is a Fairfield County native and moved to the Shoreline area in 2007.
Before her career in real estate, she enjoyed many years of owning a successful business in sales and service in the retail sector,
working closely with consumers. Her professionalism and easy-to-talk-to attitude contributed to her loyal clientele.

Linda always had an interest in home decorating but it didn't really peak until she took a position in the building/new contruction industry.
Working in many capacities and wearing many hats at the company, Linda learned about construction, home design, customization and business development.
Her move to a real estate career was a natural progression and like her other positions, she has excelled because of her dedication, accessibilty to her clients and hard work on their behalf.

Tom Burland is a lifelong New Haven Area resident and longtime shoreline resident. He has spent the last 25 years in Madison, Guilford and Branford.  With 30 years of corporate sales and marketing experience, most recently as Sales VP with AT&T, he entered real estate in late 2006 and has used his sales experience to quickly establish himself in a very difficult market.  The Keys to Tom's  success have been his dedication to clients, marketing knowledge, negotiation skills, follow-up, and in the age of Real Estate moving quickly to the web, his integration of technical capabilities to provide both buyers and sellers with the best possible support.  Tom, his Wife Helen and their five children reside in Madison. He is a member of The Rotary Club of Madison, a volunteer business consultant with SCORE, a Board Member of Madison Cares (supporting Habitat for Humanity of Greater New Haven) and a member of the Knights of Columbus.
